Refunds

Credits and retention

• Each successfully processed image uses one credit. Processing again uses another credit.
• One credit is reserved on submission and automatically returned for failure, timeout or cancellation while queued.
• Free and full-access results are kept for 3 days; up to 30 results. Download before expiry.
• If result capacity is full, download and delete some results before processing more images.
• Deletion cannot be undone and does not return credits used for successful processing. Download your results first.
